Posizione buona ma pulizia terribile
4.0Ottima posizione, ben servita dalla metro
− Struttura molto sporca. Lenzuola macchiate e con capelli dentro (abbiamo dovuto dormire sopra!). Terrazzino inagibile a causa della sporcizia. Impossibile appoggiare cose negli armadi perchè tutto sporchissimo. La tassa di soggiorno che ci è stata richiesta è stata maggiore di quella prevista da Booking ma non è stato possibile chiedere perchè in quanto non abbiamo mai visto il proprietario.

− It needs renovation on the outside, it needs better black out in the bedrooms. The apartment is fully functional but some improvements will improve the experience.

9.0Posizione ottima, in un bel quartiere, tranquillo e con molti servizi(bar, ristoranti, deposito bagagli) e vicinissima alla fermata della metro, e 20 minuti a piedi dalla sagrada familia.
− Non avevamo richiesto il cambio asciugamani e pulizia bagno, ma in 4 persone per 3 notti, sarebbe meglio prevederlo. Lampadina della camera da letto che non andava.
La consiglio SOLO per la vicinanza alla stazione metro CLOT.
5.0Solo ed esclusivamente la vicinanza dalla stazione della metro CLOT. Praticamente sotto casa che collega i luoghi più caratteristici da visitare. Idem per i negozi di genere “alimentari”, attenzione SOLO mini market no supermercati.
− Casa nn è assolutamente come nelle foto. Molto vecchia e fatiscente. Nn pulito e molto sporco (escrementi di piccione) il balconcino esterno. Molto molto rumorosa la sera/notte. La casa nn ha i condizionatori e credo proprio che d estate e’ invivibile. Una camera oltretutto nn ha finestre.
