9.0Lokalizacja była cudowna. Było kilka rzeczy, które w mieszkaniu mogło być lepiej rozwiązane, ale w tej cenie, z takim widokiem trzeba przymknąć na to oko. Rewelacja, a widok warty każdej złotówki.
− Jak pisali inni - drzwi na balkon skrzypią, a łóżko w salonie nie jest w pełni wygodne. Skrzypienie drzwi na balkon da się naprawić profesjonalnie w 3 minuty, my prowizorycznie pod rynnę podłożyliśmy miotłę i dźwięku nie było.

− Quizás algo más de limpieza y el menaje del apartamento no muy adecuado, pero nada que no se pueda apañar. En el salón hacen faltas unas cortinas, entra muchísima luz y en nuestro caso , mucho calor.Pero en general muy aceptable.
It is not the cleanest flat but the location and view from the terrace make it worth it.
4.0The best thing about this accomodation is the location - 3 minutes to Sagrada and the beautiful view of Sagrada Familia from the terrace.
− It seemed like it wasn't clean properly. Floors were dirty and there were ants in one of the rooms and in the living room. The couch in the living room could be upgraded. The kitchen wasn't really equiped for a lot of people, the owners probably think that guests mostly eat out or don't cook a lot. And door in the bathroom wouldn't close.

− The house was not clean. The bedsheets were not clean. The house is very old. We found 2 cockroaches in the apartment.

9.0− the apartment was not well cleaned. mold is present in the property. bathroom door should be fixed. the bathroom was realy loud (if someone was using it) from the bedroom

Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
