Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and we’d definitely come back again:)
9.0We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic, super close to the metro and the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, fairly clean, and located on the ground floor, which was very convenient for us. Check-in was easy, and the communication throughout our stay was excellent. The hosts checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was going well. When we accidentally left our keys inside, they responded quickly and helped us out without any hassle. We really appreciated the support, highly recommended.
− A couple of small things to note: some of the furniture is a bit worn, and quiet hours are taken seriously, so if you’re traveling with kids, it’s good to keep things calm after 10 PM (like turning off the TV).

8.0The space and the layout is very generous. Customer service was very responsive and nice. The welcome basket and amenities were a nice touch also. The location was a stone throw from all the bustle of the city. I think most people will be very pleased with this location.
− I didn't like the idea of having to be concerned about being charged for utilizing too much electricity. Barcelona was freezing, and continuous heat was a must. I thought the deposit was a little steep as well. Also, the stairs were beautiful, however very dangerous. I fell and sliced my arm open because the stairs narrowed significantly at the turn, so you must use extreme caution. The blankets need to be washed, and the oven cleaned. Despite these minor complaints, I thought this place was very sufficient for most any guest.
