Muy bien en general
8.0La ubicación esta muy bien además hay parking para el coche que no esta muy lejos. El barrio es tranquilo y con muchos servicios de restauración, supermercado, y otros.
− Pues lo que no me gusto es que no vino nadie a revisar el apartamento para hacer el checkin y revisar y comprobar que todo estaba bien puesto que se pedia una fianza de 300€ que sea dicho de paso no fue retenida sino directamente descontada, lo que no me parecio correcto puesto que no se persono nadie para saber si todo esta en orden teniendo que asumir que si al partir nadie vino tampoco para hacer el checkout y que la fianza no se tenia previsto devolver hasta pasados 15 días despues de haber dejado el apartamento. Considero que se deberia de hacer de otra manera y con eso no quiero decir que no se deje una fianza pero esta me parecio excesiva y además no se debería de descontar hasta comprobar que todo este correcto.

2.0− El piso estaba muy sucio: baño con pelos, habitaciones con manchas y bichos. La TV no funcionaba y tardaron casi un día en contestar. Las camas individuales son enanas. Se escucha todo de los demás pisos. La reclamación no compensa la mala experiencia.

10.0La zona del salón y el balcón/terraza muy acogedor y cómodo. La cocina está muy bien preparada con todo tipo de utensilios.
− El suelo de madera tenía algunos tablones un poco sueltos.

− Kamers heel klein, op 2 van de 3 kamers geen airco en het was er snik heet . Parket ligt op vele plaatsen los. Keuken is heel minimalistisch ingericht…. Weinig potten / pannen…… Kort gezegd, het is afgeleefd en zeker voor die prijs. Slechte wifi verbinding Zeeeeeeeer kleine badkamer
