− We had problems getting into the apartment that wasn't ready by the check-in time, their original way to open the building door didn't work , when we finally got into the apartment 1 hour after the check-in time the cleaner lady was still in the apartment. She hurried up and basically didn't clean it properly. We had flies in one of the bedrooms. Disgusting smell from one of the bathrooms 2 beds are located at the top section of the room where you should climb, felt unsafe, especially with a kid

The apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people, which is great for larger groups. The location is very good, close to the city centre. It was clean and communication with the host was good.

− We had to wait outside with a small child because of an issue with the entry code. There were also several maintenance and equipment problems – a broken blind in the living room, unusable frying pans (none worked on induction), no large pot and not even enough cutlery for 8 people. The tap water gets dangerously hot, which could easily cause burns. The sofa bed downstairs is broken and unstable, and the shower drain in one of the bedrooms was clogged.

Gar nicht gefallen, als wir Wohnung gesehen haben wir überlegt sofort verlasen und gehen eine Hotel buchen,ich bin enttäuscht von blocking.com wie kann so eine Wohnung an Menschen anbiten? Check in Stadt 16:00 Uhr Konten wir 19:21 machen Grund wir müssen putzen Wohnung sehr alt mit Schimmel Bett sehr schlecht unbequem 3 Pfannen in Küche nur eine funktioniert mit Herd aber un nutzbar sehr alt und viel verkratzt ,

− Check in Bett Schmutzig und sehr alt Kaputte Pfanne Alles schlecht Einfach Katastrophe

− В апартаментах працює система «віртуальний ключ»,одного вечора ми з друзями повернулися з прогулянки о 23:00 і віртуальний ключ не працював…нам довелося простояти дві години під дощем на вулиці…ми не могли звʼязатися з адміністрацією апартаментів і менеджер Букінгу також на жаль нічим не зміг нам допомогти…Я перший раз стикаюся з такою безвідповідальністю і таким зневажливим ставленням до клієнтів…Однозначно я не рекомендую ці апартаменти!!! P.S.Зробіть будь ласка вже ремонт в ванних кімнатах!!!☹️
