7.0La posizione, il quartiere e l'albero che si trova davanti al balcone e garantisce un'accurata privacy in una strada comunque frequentata (vicinissima alla Sagrada Familia) sono stati molto apprezzati. Il salone è ampio e molto luminoso.
− La casa è un po' datata e poco curata ma bastano veramente pochi accorgimenti per migliorarla (che pare siano in programma a breve); le camerette un po' piccole e i letti un po' scomodi.
