9.0Gražus rajonas. Lankytinas vietas patogu pasiekti tiek pėsčiomis, tiek viešuoju transportu. Netoliese yra maisto prekių parduotuvė. Lovos labai patogios, du vonios kambariai.
− Vienas kambarys itin mažas. Virtuvėje trūko pjaustymo lentelės, taip pat nebuvo indaplovės tablečių. Nepaisant šių smulkmenų, viešnagė buvo labai gera.

10.0The location is excellent. 15 mins walk to Sagrada Familia. Everything in the neighborhood: supermarkets, restaurants... The sppartment is nice and very well equiped. 2 real bathrooms, a must when you have 2 teenagers :-) The host is very nice and professional.

6.0Ottima posizione, bella la sala, con aria condizionata bel divano e bella tv. Anche la zona cucina ben organizzata. Ha fatto la differenza la cordialità e disponibilità del personale ricettivo, davvero molto gentili, consentendo il check out con un’ora di posticipo.
− Elettrodomestici vecchi, lavastoviglie con punti di ruggine nel cestello. Pulizia non al top nella zona giorno e nel bagno adiacenta la piccola camera. Troppo caldo nella piccola camera non dotata di aria condizionata ma di solo ventilatore a soffitto. Sembra essere sicuramente una casa vissuta, ma per proporla a degli ospiti paganti, bisogna rinnovarla un po’, specie quando si chiede una cauzione di 200 euro e si fanno firmare declaratorie per eventuali rotture di oggetti che, in alcuni casi, si presentano già vetusti.
