9.0Excellent location, very comfortable, easy access to all points of interest (metro-bus- train) , quiet area, shops and restaurants nearby.
− Not much to complain, but a greater attention to the small details such as cleanliness (dust not wiped off), and the communication with the owner who did not keep his promise to provide a remote control for the TV (missing), even if we would not use it during the stay - you don't have time for everything.

− The accommodation needs a deep cleaning and damp problems to be corrected.
Value for money, good for budget, non fussy travellers
7.0It is a perfect location to explore Tokyo from with a station just a 5 minute walk away. It is also very good value for money so if you’re working with a budget and don’t expect 5 star facilities it’s a good find.
− The property feels a bit dated and could do with some improvements. The loft feels a bit unstable and the drainage system needs checking as you can smell it from the kitchen sink. There js mould in the bathroom but not to a shocking level.
