Fantastic location and accommodation for a family
9.0Great accommodation in such a good central location, surrounded by 7-11s, Family Marts, My Basket, Daiso and near main train stations. Good walking distance to Ueno Park and Ameyako Markets. The black out shutters were Soo helpful for our baby's naps during the daytime. The host were very good in communication and sharing tips on weather and local events.
− The towels were veryyy thin and couldn't dry an adult. They should provide normal thicker / fluffier towels that can dry an adult. The room was slightly smaller than we thought from photos but it did the job well.

Gatekeeping this hotel because we got a good deal. Perfect for family. Construction right beside.
7.0Affordable. Within the budget. I like that this is in the ground floor. I like the area where it is located. It's a perfect place and enough for our family of 5. Everything we needed was there esp the kitchen and washing machine.
− We realized that we got it for a steal because there was a construction right beside our place. So we woke up to a sound of non stop loud pounding beside our window. The construction noise was there until we left. Thankfully we were home late evening. Fortunately, the next day, there was no on site construction. We actually dont mind the noise because we are always out the whole day. The hotel could have informed us about this. Long walk to station but we dont mind because the weather was nice.
