10.0事前に質問をさせていただいた時から、とても丁寧に対応していただきました。 宿泊当日の案内メールも分かりやすく、安心して伺うことができました。施設内もとても綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。 和室を中心とした造りですが、ダイニングテーブルやキッチン、お風呂もあり、1階と2階にそれぞれ和室が分かれているため、複数人での宿泊でも使いやすかったです。 大人数で宿泊しましたが、それぞれがゆっくり過ごすことができ、とても満足しています。丁寧なご対応と素敵な宿泊施設をありがとうございました。 From the moment I contacted them with questions before our stay, they were extremely kind and helpful. The check-in information sent on the day of our stay was also very clear, which made the whole process easy and reassuring. The property itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the accommodation is mainly Japanese-style, it also has a dining table, kitchen, and bathroom. There are separate Japanese-style rooms on both the first and second floors, making it very convenient even for a larger group. We stayed as a group and were all able to relax and enjoy the space comfortably. We were very satisfied with both the accommodation and the thoughtful service. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay.

9.0the apartment was really spacious and has good facilities. it's a little far from the train station but the neighborhood is peaceful and we felt really safe.
− the wifi is on and off at times. also, the toilet at the first floor has a funky smell no matter how we clean it.

9.0Asunto oli siisti ja kahdeksan minuutin kävelyn päässä Numabukuron juna-asemalta. Tatamihuone oli hauska kokemus lapsellemme. Henkilökunta vastasi heti puhelimeen, kun tarvitsimme apua. Suihkutila oli hyvä ja pesukone oli hyvä lisä.
− Asunnon keittiövälineet tarvitsisivat pientä päivitystä. Kylpyhuone kaipaisi pyyhekoukkuja. Asunnon oveen olisi hyvä laittaa huoneen numero, jotta se löytyy helpommin. Jo alakerrassa voisi olla kyltti asunnon suuntaan.

7.0there's plenty of room, the apartment is big enough for 6 pax, there are two toilets, one upstairs and downstairs. guest can cook, there's a descent size fridge. walking distance to 7eleven shop, they sell everything you need. Quiet area. The host are very quick answer questions to the messages. The apartment is clean. There's washing machine, which is good.
− The bathroom is not big enough for 6 people, the drain couldn't handle it, it wasn't draining properly, the cover for the drain in the bath tub have to be pump up for the water to go down slowly, sometimes, you finish using it, and there's still water remaining in the bath tub. There's no pillow cases in pillows, no mattress covers.
