6.0Overall, the apartment's location is good. It's more or less spacious and has everything you need for everyday life. There is a washing machine that works well.
− 1. The apartment isn't exactly spotless. 2. No elevator. We lived on the 4th floor, and constantly climbing up to the top was a bit inconvenient. 3. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and creaky, with a dirty (stained) sofa next to it. After we asked for a new mattress, they just brought us another blanket. 4. The dishes were dirty and rusty. The frying pan and saucepan were all scratched, which is unsafe. They eventually brought a new frying pan after our request (but only that one). 4. The shutters in the windows were dirty and dusty. 5. There were no disposable slippers. 6. One of the chairs in the bathroom was broken. 7. The towel holder was broken. 8. The mirror in the shower was completely dirty when we moved in.
