− The steep stairs are a challenge but that’s Japan for you. We would still choose to stay here if we came back for a visit.
Despite the convenient location and comfortable beds, the overall stay was below expectations due to multiple facility,
4.0The property is conveniently located near the train station. It is equipped with basic amenities such as a kitchen, kettle, and plates which were sufficient for our needs. The bed was comfortable and accommodated all five of us well.
− There were a few aspects that could be improved. We experienced several power outages, especially when using the kettle. The kitchen appliances took quite a long time to heat food. The stairs are very steep and the bathroom is quite small which may be challenging for families with young children. The air-condition heater was not very effective and the house felt quite cold. Overall, the property feels small and a bit dated. The door lock required manual adjustment both from inside and outside and responses via WhatsApp were slower than expected.
