10.0La ubicación genial, muy cerca de todo y de las estaciones de tren y metro Sol. El personal muy amable, el baño era compartido y siempre estaba muy limpio. Tiene ascensor, en general muy bien por el precio.

6.0Hotel je velmi blízko centra, dá se všude dojít pěšky. Z toho důvodu velmi pozitivně hodnotím cenu ubytování a je to asi jediný důvod proč se v něm ubytovat. Sociální zařízení společné, ale čisté.
− Cena hotelu bohužel přesně odpovídá kvalitě. Prostředí hotelu zvláštní, nepořádek na chodbách, nebylo pořádně označeno patro, kam máme jet. Paní na recepci je milá, ale neumí ani slovo anglicky a vše vám zarputile vysvětluje dlouhými větami ve španělštině. Na pokoji byl větrák, ale foukal teplý vzduch, protože byl vodní a nebyla tam doplněná voda. Zásuvka jen na jedné straně postele a druhá, ve které zapojen větrák. Hotel na velmi rušné ulici, s otevřeným oknem nešlo spát a i přes zavřené bylo velmi hluku z ulice. Večer jsme se vraceli z města o půlnoci a klíč dole u dveří nefungoval, museli jsme zvonit, naštěstí na recepci paní ještě byla. Na přespání na jednu noc bylo ok, ale na delší pobyt určitě ne.
