Outstanding staff and a perfect location in the heart of Rome
10.0Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the Pantheon and very close to the Trevi Fountain. There was also a bus stop only one minute away, making it easy to reach any part of the city. The biggest highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. The communication was outstanding from the very beginning. Before our arrival, we received all the necessary information in a very friendly and helpful way. Even though we arrived late at night due to a delay, a lovely member of the staff was waiting to welcome us and hand us the keys. They replied to our messages almost immediately, even at unusual hours, which made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. They were also happy to accommodate our requests and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was a huge help and something we really appreciated. The room was comfortable for a short stay, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and although the bathroom was small, it was clean and had everything we needed.
− The only minor drawback was the elevator. It is quite old-looking and only fits one person at a time. However, it worked properly, so it wasn't a significant issue—just something future guests should be aware of.

10.0This is the cutest little b&b!! She met us at the door and showed us how to use each key, and was so kind explaining everything! She gave us the best restaurant recommendation!! It was such a perfect location and we loved our stay! It was clean, the air conditioning worked wonderfully, and it was a great stay! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a less-crowded area of Rome but still want to be “in the action”!

Hay café y té a disposición, un detalle que mejora aún más la estadía. El ascensor es para una sola persona pero funciona perfectamente
