第一天入住 熱水器就不能使用了 當天晚上22:00就聯絡住宿方，完全等不到回覆 聯絡booking客服回覆要等待24小時？？？ 當天晚上的天氣只有19度，在外面走了一整天熱水器不能使用無法洗澡 身在異鄉求援無助 最後只能自己找到附近的公共澡

− 第一天入住 熱水器就不能使用了 當天晚上22:00就聯絡住宿方，完全等不到回覆 聯絡booking客服回覆要等待24小時？？？ 當天晚上的天氣只有19度，在外面走了一整天熱水器不能使用無法洗澡 身在異鄉求援無助 最後只能自己找到附近的公共澡堂多花費其他費用洗暖身體，結果隔天早上訊息回覆只說了一句道歉？？？還只傳步驟要我們自己修好熱水器，傳訊息要求至少賠償我們的些微損失，就再也沒有收到任何的訊息跟關心了，糟糕的住宿方
Nice and Quiet apartment
8.0Neat and clean accommodation with good amenities in kitchen. There was also a pod coffee machine, if you wanted to buy pods for it.
− Bed was firmer than we like, same as rest of the country, it also creaked a lot when you moved around. There were only two pillows for the bed, not even decorative cusions, and the bed was the only place to watch the TV from. This meant no comfortable way to sit up and watch a bit of Netflix before bed or on a lazy morning.
