9.0Guter Kundenservice, man konnte immer jemanden erreichen, falls man Hilfe braucht. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Grosse Wohnung mit eigener Küche. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.
− Äussere Faktoren wie Abwassergeruch in der Küche, man hört alles von draussen (es macht fast keinen Unterschied, die Fenster zu schliessen), die Müllabfuhr welche mitten in der Nacht den Abfall mitnimmt.
