10.0The Pencil House was perfect for our stay as a family of five. Great location within easy walking access to different train stations. Everyone had plenty of space, comfortable beds and everything we required and more for our stay in Tokyo. Ash was a fantastic host, answered any questions, gave recommendations, and even met us at the station with umbrellas! Gratefully received after a long flight and navigating trains to get there. We all enjoyed the unique Pencil House - made for a fun stay on Tokyo.
The hosts were super helpful, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions no matter how simple or difficult
