Buena ubicación. Amabilidad y acogimiento estupendos.
10.0Cerca del metro, tramway, tiendas, librería, bar… Estuvimos en la habitación del segundo piso que tiene balcón sobre el jardín. Las escaleras de subida son cómodas. El baño, para nosotros solos, estaba al lado. Tiene váter, lavabo y ducha. La habitación consta de una cama de matrimonio y una cama individual, cómodas, y un armario para guardar la ropa y una necesita que funciona bien. Hay algo de sitio para guardar las maletas, pero no mucho. Un ventilador para aguantar el calor (estuvimos en la ola de calor y hacía muchísimo calor al pegar el sol en la pared ligeramente abuhardillada). Aunque no teníamos llave de la entrada, François, muy amable y atento, siempre estaba ahí para abrirnos. Si algún día íbamos a llegar tarde se lo comentábamos y no nos ponía problema. Tanto él como su esposa siempre atentos y serviciales, dispuestos a ayudarnos. Incluso nos recomendaron el cementerio de Père Lachaise que está a 1 estación de metro. Para cenar, desayunar o comer siempre lo hicimos en el jardín , mucho más fresco. Aunque habíamos comprado platos y cubiertos, ellos nos ofrecieron usar los suyos, cosa que hicimos. Lo dicho, muy amables, y atentos y buena comunicación.

9.0Molto caratteristica. Il proprietario è stato veramente carinissimo, sempre disponibile e sempre sorridente.
− La posizione è un po’ lontana dal centro, ma c’è la fermata della metro a 5 minuti dalla struttura, quindi comunque è facile spostarsi.
