10.0A nice, clean, and modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The street is narrow, but we managed to park our Nissan Serena without any problem. I would stay again :)

− 料理をしたので、塩や醤油などの簡単な調味料があったら良いなと思いました 家の、前の道が広くはないので、少し駐車に苦労しました。

10.0駅（京成小岩まで徒歩5分でした）から近く、ベッドルームが全部で４つあり、それぞれが2台のベッドが置かれていて、多くの人数で泊まっても問題なく泊まれる部屋でした。今回は四人だったので、それぞれ一部屋ずつに分かれて快適に過ごせました。3階建の今風な民家で、トイレは1階と2階に、バスルームは1階にありました。ドライヤーは2機あり取り合いにならずに済みました。洗濯機とハンガーもあり、洗剤(ボールド)も置かれていてありがたかったです。
− 駐車場は家の前の道路が決して広くはないので、注意が必要です。今回はホンダのフリードを駐車させましたが、ギリギリでした。家の斜め前が少し開けてるので、そこを使ってなんとか入庫させました。ステップワゴンやセレナ、ボクシークラス以上になると難しいように思います。 良くないというわけではありませんが、共有情報として、食器類はありますが調味料や料理油は一切ありません。駅前にスーパーがあるのでそこで購入するのをお勧めします。
