10.0Tompkins and Mina were exceptionally responsive. The hotel is a wonderful retreat in Tokyo. One does have to be okay with the occasional rocking as the fishing boats head out but it is definitely worth it.

10.0This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!
