8.0Overall a great property with lots of amenities. Great place to stay especially for location, <10mins walks for everything, for anyone looking for a small spaced stay this place is great. Some nights get a little loud especially Friday's and Saturday's, Property gives plenty of hygiene products, took a while to figure out what was what as the products were in Japanese, check-in manual was easy to follow. Property did smell a little so had to buy an air freshener for the property.

4.0The location is great but the whole apartment and specifically the sheets smelled like feet. The owner did end up sending someone to change the sheets and take care of the odors. Towards the end of our stay, we ended up seeing a cockroach as long as my palm scurrying around the apartment. I’m not sure if it was specifically this apartment or if it was a building-wide issue but it made the rest of the stay extremely uncomfortable.

8.0Overall it was a great place to stay - location and amenities. The only issue is it can be a bit noisy outside at night but considering we were too tired at the end of the night we slept ok.
