My 48 hr getaway
7.0I liked the atmosphere. Especially the Rooftop Bar. The staff was extremely accommodating. The food was good. And lastly the Jazz ensemble was great!
− I didn't like the fact that my "In room " breakfast was delivered in "to go " boxes, and delivered to my room in a paper shopping bag, as if I ordered from Uber Eats. That's not the experience I was expecting.
Despite our comments about housekeeping we would stay at this property again. again
8.0Location was great and most of the staff were amazing. We had an amazing view.
− We struggled to get housekeeping service daily. And when they did come it was never a full clean. I want housekeeping everyday lines my do not disturb sign is out. We had to call down for towels and toilet paper and clean glassware.

− Wir sind Langschläfer und dürften nach 10 Uhr vormittags keinen Cappuccino trinken dürfen, da das Restaurant geschlossen war.
Fab location, great intro to Harlem and New York. Sensational view and food.
9.0The food was a big bonus - very wide range and delicious. Location was above the iconic Apollo in Harlem which was a bit overwhelming when we arrived at night on a Saturday, but was otherwise fantastic, welcoming and well placed.
− Very noisy reception and confusing arrival
A very good hotel with clean rooms and excellent service, but the breakfast package needs to be explained more clearly.
8.0I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the customer service was excellent.
− I booked a package that included breakfast, but it was not clearly explained that the package only covered a limited selection of drinks and food items. When I ordered basic items from the breakfast menu, I was surprised to learn that I had to pay extra for them. I also witnessed about five other guests complaining about the same issue. The hotel should clearly explain what is included before guests book a “breakfast included” package.
