4.0“I was really disappointed with the hotel room service during my stay. First, there was no hot water in the shower, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. The TV didn’t work properly either, making it hard to relax in the room. I also requested ice, but they completely forgot about it. Overall, the service was subpar and didn’t meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.”
