This is not a hotel. Reception is managed by people that barely speak english. Clening has to be contracted apart with a contact.

This is a very new hotel. The rooms are very well equipped, modern and comfortable. The mezzanine bed is nice. The location is ok. But : - the environment is noisy, the double glazing is not efficient - the swimming pool was not working, opening every day postponed to the next day... - there is no real reception, no room service, no one competent when there is a problem. These problems will have to be solved so that I come back next year

struttura in buono stato con arredamenti molto essenziali ma funzionali. Innanzitutto, segnalo come non esiste un cartello segnaletica esterna che rende difficile il ritrovamento della struttura quando si arriva con un mezzo privato, o in taxi. I servizi di informazione alla reception sono minimi ed il personale non è in grado di fornire una fattura o ricevuta al momento del check out. Segnalo inoltre come ho chiesto più volte alla struttura una fattura dell’elemento a pagamento senza averla mai ricevuto. Da considerare che non esiste servizio in camera/appartamento senza il cambio, quantomeno della biancheria del bagno.

Appartement hôtel très agréable et très calme. Environnement sécurisé même la nuit. La chambre dispose d’un espace nuit en mezzanine, d’une cuisine équipée (four, lave linge, lave vaisselle,…) …d’un espace salon et d’une terrasse longeant l’appartement. Il dispose d’un parking et d’une piscine sur le roof top. Personnel souriant, très professionnel.

Very disappointing. Hotel wasn’t clean , bed had hair and stains. Service was very poor.
