2.0I am giving this review just because of Reception employee. She gave me 4 times wrong rooms, 1 handicap. Then with 2 beds etc and not friendly or apologia.

2.0Stayed at the property 4-5 times before, this time was the worst experience due to Reception personnel not being professional. I had to check 4 rooms, as first room was a handicap, second was 2 beds, 3rd room has also 2 singles beds. Etc overall bad experience due to receptionist errors. Washing machine broke and the iron board and iron the provided with was not working. Board was thorn in pieces and iron was leaking water. Otherwise friendly security, maintainance, and house keeping staff.

10.0Well maintained property and friendly as well as polite staff. Had a problem with shut-off shower which was fixed immediately by their team. Stay was pleasant and really recommended for couples and families.
Tired Rooms, Lovely Staff
6.0If you can get this hotel for a good rate, go for it. The suite I paid for was very tired and the kitchen ill-equipped. Not worth the money. The staff, however, were lovely.
