2.0Very Noisy at night Location next to a motorway Perfect to wslk to town Amazing view Good communication until i claimed my deposit back Took 2 months to have my deposit back they said "bank transfer issues" they paid back much less arguing exchange rate. If you are not careful asduming they payback the deposit automatically, wrong decision, i will advise always check. I am not going back to Dubai for a holiday trip.

10.0The unit itself was great, the location is amazing and close and walkable to everything. The apt was very clean and cozy,had small mishaps but they repaired within 2 days the facilities was great the gym was really nice , the spa area was very clean however the sauna nor the steam room was not working during my whole stay, but the pool and hottub and view of the Burj made up for that... I really enjoyed my stay here overall... one thing that I NOTICED that could be better is the communication with the clients / customer during their stay , otherwise I would stay again and recommend to others. The cleaning staff was awesome and very helpful and so was the security guys at the desk. I would stay again when visiting Dubai
