8.0Ubicación, comodidad de la cama , decoración del apartamento, tranquilidad a pesar de estar en pleno centro
− Baño y sobretodo ducha pequeña, y la posición del televisor que estaba en una zona de paso y se corría el riesgo de poder chocarte con ella y tirarla al suelo

− Llegas y no podés acceder,fué horrible mi cel no podía hacer la verificación, ellos no ayudaron en nada y me sentí totalmente desprotegida,estuve en infinidad de hoteles el último mes pero este tiene una falta de empatía total. El departamento es hermoso pero la comunicación y hospitalidad falla. Hoy elijo empatía y buena comunicación. Es fundamental para que tu viaje sea agradable.

1.0− La primera noche tuve que buscarme otro hotel ya que no hubo forma de contactar con ellos. Al día siguiente me dijeron que no les había llamado y tras mostrarles el listado de llamadas. Silencio. Lamentable y booking no daba ninguna solución a parte de tienes que contactar con ellos.
