9.0The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The location was great. The yoghurt was wonderful. A great choice of drinks
− Hot food at breakfast could have been hotter. Evening food options were a little bit limited.
Very nice, good value for Singapore, although food could be better and the gym should be indoors
8.0Rooms are quite nice and the personnel also. The location was perfect for me (I was there for work) but also between the touristic areas and the financial district. I also found breakfast very good and the swimming pool is quite nice as well. It's a good value proposition, considering that it is Singapore.
− The restaurants. The Mexican restaurant is not as good as a typical Mexican restaurant and the one at the bottom floor is unfortunately American cuisine, which is not a particularly famous one. Everything is just too heavy and there are not so many options in the menu if you are going there for a few days. At least there are plenty of options nearby for food. Also they have very nice gym equipment, such as the bicycle, that unfortunately is outdoors. That would be great in other city, but considering how hot and humid Singapore is all year around, this equipment should be inside the gym, with air conditioning. I missed a working area that is not always booked (although the hotel kindly found a nice solution for me) and spa/massage offers.
