Will not stay there instead - Citadines just opposite is much better
3.0The hotel pool is big .
− The overall experience was quite poor. Internet was totally down in the hotel. The room have the very minimum comfort. The bathroom is so small you have to open the bathroom door to step out of the shower. Decor is cold and minimal. Receoption area i super busy and make he whole arrival stressful, the surrounding of the pool is all concrete and no greenery. The hotel is surrounded by huge construction works whcih make the views horrible and walking around the hotel very unpleasant. I 1000# more prefer the Citadines just opposite.

10.0Vi var særligt vilde med poolen og drikkevand på værelset! Derudover hjalp receptionisten Helen os, da vi havde anmodet om et dobbeltværelse fremfor et 2 personers værelse, men da der ikke var flere tilgængelige, opgraderede hun os. Stor tak til hende

10.0Location is the best! Rochor MRT station and bus stop less than a minute’s walk away. 5 min walk to Bugis Junction and market. Undercover carpark next to the lobby for pick-up and drop-off, making it so much easier and great in all weather. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. My room steward Muz was the best! He was so professional and my room was always so well serviced. The pool is a great size with a good amount of sun loungers. The room was small but heaps of storage space and a comfy bed. The TV was massive. With a 24 hour reception, security cameras and an extra lock on the door I felt very safe. The washing machine and dryer are an added bonus!

Walking distance to everything
8.0location is near the mrt, restaurants and shops
− receptionist is not approachable, they keep talking to each other non related to their job even with clients trying to check-in or inquire about things Receptionists don't smile at all, don't give enough information about the stay or where the elevators are. One staff did not even want to check-in my sister who has another reservation and just kept on talking with another staff on the computer, talking about their vacations, very unprofessional.
