6.0the property location is good right next to a train line so easy to get in and out of the centre of Tokyo. the staff were very friendly, the accepted a delivery and kept it for us and were helpful allowing us to leave our bags before and after check in. Even with the language barrier they were more than happy to communicate with google translate and were very helpful and made us welcome. The furniture in the rooms needs updating, everything in there was very old and worn and was like going back on time, but the rooms were well equipped and clean.
