10.0Wonderful location. Quiet respite from the seas of people in Shinjuku/Shibuya areas. But easy quick oublic transport access to these areas.
A piece of peace one stop away from the chaos
10.0ACOE Hatsudai was a home away from home for us on our 3 generation family holiday. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for 2 weeks. Wonderful quiet location with great food & coffee on our doorstep and Shinjuku was the next station over. But above all else, the communication and assistance from the hosts was next level and they went out of their way to help us with making our special trip even more memorable.
Perfect place close to Shinjuku
9.0Great place for a group of people to stay. Plenty of space for 8 people. Close to major spots in Tokyo. House had everything we needed, including a coffee machine.
− The shower has no outside doors. Entry to the 4th bedroom is through the shower room which is not ideal for a group of friends.
A relaxing comfortable quiet and spacious accommodation
8.0The ease of access. It’s was warm and comfortable and there was space to relax which we needed.
− Nothing really. The towels are not hotel quality (a bit thin) but they did the job. They could provide a corkscrew and bottle opener (wine glasses provided). The distance from main public transport meant more time travelling but that is what to expect.

− I think the bedrooms needed blinds, the washing machine and dryer need a clean - the filters on both were a little dirty. The bathroom downstairs needed the faucet to be fixed and the shower smelt mouldy.
