La ubicación y la tranquilidad, no hay ruido a pesar de estar en una zona de mucho tránsito.

− El sofá y la cama, el colchón está hundido y no es cómodo .

− Le lit est très dur. Trop dur. Il manque un système de ventilation, l'air n'est pas renouvelé.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε στρατηγικό σημείο για να εξερευνήσεις την πόλη χωρίς να κουραστείς λόγω μεγάλων διαδρομών!

− Καθόλου άνετο κρεβάτι Καθόλου άνετος καναπές Λιμνάζοντα νερά στο ντουζ Μου ζήτησαν να πετάξω τα σκουπίδια καθώς έφευγα απ το κατάλυμα ενώ η διαμονή κόστισε 720€ για 6 βράδια! Δεν το θεωρώ σωστό!

Ottima zona, ben collegata con la metro, tranquilla durante la settimana e vivace la domenica durante il Rastro

− Appartamento un po' freddino, non ci sono i termosifoni e il condizionatore non riusciva a scaldare adeguatamente.

- location was OK. Quite central and safe, not to far for metro as well

− - Mould around bathroom door - a Leaking shower (so that the water spreads over bathroom floor until WC, visibly damaged bathroom furniture- so not a sudden disfunction but a permanent problem). - only one dishwasher tab and one trash bag provided for a week(!!!) long stay. I don’t know about others but my idea about business trip doesn’t include buying such supplies and then disposing of the rest.. (no leftovers from previous guests so everything gets thrown out or maybe collected by management?) - No coffee maker suitable for 2 persons. Don’t be fooled by pictures - the capsule coffee machine is not in the flat, nor there is a small 2 persons espresso maker. Instead a family kettle (e.g.6-8 cups; for reference - water kettle in picture is 1,7 l) was announced as suitable one.. I was puzzled should I use 200g coffee to make 6 cups and only use 2? Or the 4 should be used cold?! 😟 maybe reheated in the microwave? - water kettle was broken but was replaced - Also leaking shower tap with water coming out from every joint.. (this was fixed) - 2 or 3 times the maintenance team visited the apartment during our stay, not surprisingly couldn’t deal with the leaking water in the shower HOWEVER the communication LOAD with the renting company was totally unacceptable during a business trip 🤯 - disappointing service and definitely not worth the price! The apparent should be properly prepared BEFORE the arrival of guests and shouldn’t be replaced with annoying discussions and daily unsuccessful maintenance visits..

Très bien situé et au calme.

L emplacement a quelques minutes à pieds des restaurants et des différentes lignes de métro et bus permettant de visiter Madrid , L Escorial, Sergovia et Tolède sans voiture, et tout en étant au calme. Lit confortable . Propre.

− Nettement plus petit que les 55 m2 annoncés (en réalité proche de 25 à 30 m2). Le manque d’accessoires pour cuisiner (aucun plat pour aller au micro-ondes, ni aucune casserole) . Les fuites d’eau depuis la douche.
