50代女友達4人でお世話になりました。駅から２分という立地が最高です。 建物自体は古かったのですが、お部屋はとても綺麗で、設備も整っており、清潔、セキュリティもきちんとされていて安心して過ごせました。 とても楽しいよい時間を過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。

Great furnished apartment near Meguro Station

Convenient to Meguro Station. Close to cafes, good bakeries, restaurants and shops. Easier to walk in from Doreme Street(ドレメ通り). Building itself is old but apt interior has been renovated. Fully furnished- with everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom (unit bath) is new and nice. The staff are responsive via booking.com chat and professional.

− Not much negative to say, there’s no closet/wardrobe but just a garment rack to hang few things. There’s no hooks for the towels in the bathroom/sink area. There’s sometimes a funky smell but there’s an air purifier which helps.

スタッフの対応がすばらしい。駅から近い。冷蔵庫にお水とお茶のサービス。 冷房も入れてくれてあり、涼しい部屋に到着できた。駅からの道も丁寧に電話で案内してくださり、入り口でスタッフが待っていてくれて部屋まで丁寧に案内と説明をしてくれました。

− バスタブに髪の毛が落ちていたことが、唯一残念。他はとてもよかったです。

Wonderful stay with excellent location and warm hospitality.

The room was spacious and comfortable for two people. The beds were very cozy, and having two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen area was a big plus. The two big rooms could be separated with sliding doors, and the AC units even had cooling, heating, and humidification modes. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Meguro Station with easy access to the Yamanote Line, and there were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, he let us leave our luggage early in the morning and even allowed us to check in an hour early after asking. Everything was clearly explained, and he was always open to questions. The keyless entry with a passcode was very convenient, and the apartment was well-equipped with basic amenities, a washing machine, and a drying rack. Overall, a very comfortable and practical stay.

− The pillow took a couple of nights to get used to, though that’s a matter of personal preference. The balcony view wasn’t the best, but it didn’t matter much since we were out most of the day. Nothing else which was bad, we liked our stay.
