− It’s a bit farther from shibuya than expected when taking into account the uphill portion.

Need to better giving enough towels throughout the stay. It’s not fair to just keep using 1 towel for 7 days period

− The fact that they only provided 1 towel person throughout out stay. Stayed there for 7 days and had to used 1 towel everyday for that 7 days. Really disgusting.
