地點超好，cp值高，美中不足的是空間不大
8.0地點非常好，走路20秒一間7-11，1分鐘一間全家，離池袋太陽城走路5分鐘，離市區走路10分鐘左右。房間很多，每個樓層都有廁所，不用等來等去，浴室有兩間，節省不少時間，廚房該有的也都有，可開火，有微波爐，一家人住在一起，像回到家一樣，CP值很高
− 樓梯很窄，搬行李行走很不好走，四樓的樓梯很斜，餐廳有點小，桌子大概坐6個人就坐不下了
CP值很高的民宿，適合來池袋多天自由行的家族旅遊
9.0房間寬大整潔舒適，設備齊全，住宿的地方安靜，樓下就有全家超商，離鬧區不遠生活機能便利，有什麼問題24小時服務的線上客服人員都會即時回覆，很適合家族旅行居住的民宿。
− 唯一不便的大概是狹小的樓梯，因為我們有大行李箱，裝滿22公斤後，媽媽們跟小孩要從四樓搬運下來稍微吃力了一點

8.0基本的に快適でした。 駅からも近いし、コンビニも目の前だし、階段は急だったけど、布団とかは清潔感ありました。 １１人で泊まってドライヤー3つあったのはありがたかった。 スタッフの方が親切で疑問等でメッセージ送るとすぐ返してくれた。
− シャワールームが途中からお湯が出なくなって使用できなくなりました。 お部屋などは綺麗だったがお風呂の赤カビが少し気になった。お風呂のお湯を溜めようと風呂自動したけど、自分で止めないと止まらないのはちょっとびっくり。 ４月だったがちょっとだけ肌寒くホテル内は割と冷えました。エアコンをつけようとしたらリモコンの電池がなく使用できなかった。
whole 3 floor house right in Ikebukuro
10.0complete house with 3 floors. the main bedrrom is really beautiful. there is 1 toilet per floor which is great. The washing machine is a big plus. The location is quite good, just a short walk from ikebukuro station and next to supermarkets
− the stairs quite steep and tight spaces. The upstair toilet didn't work well during our stay, but the 2 others toilet where fine
