Location of the apartment is perfect to Shinjuku train station. It is about a 10-15 minute walk so be mindful if you’re walking with luggage or young children. The check in location is only a few doors down from the apartment so not far at all. The apartment is a double story accessed from the second floor of the building the first floor houses the kitchen, dining, futon room and a bedroom with two double beds, a bathroom, toilet, washing machine (only) and kitchen. You can reach the additional three bedrooms from within the apartment by stairs. There is also a toilet, bathroom and sink area. Two bedrooms upstairs have two double beds and an additional bedroom with three double beds. The apartment housed our group of 10 perfectly however I would rethink using this accommodation again purely by the access as the steps are incredibly steep and are very dangerous.

Elevator is a must for this apartment unit. It would be very good choice for families if there is an elevator.

The property is nicely located in Shinjuku with some CVS and local restaurants nearby.

− The apartment unit is at the 3rd and 4th flores without elevator. The stairs were super steep that seniors or even normal adult will have difficulty in going up. Of course, it is also very challenging for the luggages.
