Small apartment in a fun neighbourhood
7.0Good location, comfortable beds and well equipped for our short stay. Surprisingly quiet given the busy area.
− It’s a small space for four adults and we had trouble with one of the showers blocking. Also we found the bedroom blinds let in too much light from the interior courtyard at night.
Top Wohnung im Centrum Madrids
10.0Wir hatten einen absolut perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement! Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum: Groß geschnitten mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei modernen, sehr sauberen Badezimmern – ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt, egal ob mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Direkt an einer Metro-Station gelegen, kommt man super schnell und unkompliziert überall hin. Alles war in einem einwandfreien Zustand – sauber, gepflegt. Weiche Handtücher, ein großer Föhn. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Ein besonderes Lob geht auch an den Vermieter: freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos und perfekt organisiert – so wünscht man sich das! Insgesamt eine absolute Top-Unterkunft, die ich zu 100 % weiterempfehlen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

4.0The location is very good and having 2 bathrooms is a plus for a family of 5.
− The smell of the apartment isn’t pleasant (mold?). Also, the beds aren’t comfortable at all. It’s a nice apartment but it needs renovation. Some walls have cracks and are dirty. In one of the bathrooms the shower tray didn't drain properly and it had also a bad smell (of sewage). In the other, the lock is broken.

9.0Apartamento bem espaçoso. excelente localização. Próximo a 2 praças com brinquedos para as crianças. Muitos restaurantes a 1 quadra de distância.
− Poderiam trocar as chaves por fechaduras eletrônicas.
