10.0地理位置非常好，靠近池袋駅地鉄站，有許多餐廳可供選擇，遠離鬧區很安靜。房東總是很快回答我的問題，而且非常友善。房間很乾淨，床很大很舒服，我真的很喜歡。
Distance to train station was further than expected. The unit was small, it would’ve been better if I had chosen to stay
3.0The property is clean which is good but that about the only good thing I can say for this property.
− It is quite a walk to the Ikebukuro station especially when you have to walk with luggages. The building itself also do not have elevator so I had to carry 4-5 pieces of luggages up 3 flight of stairs plus a baby stroller. That was quite unpleasant. The neighborhood seems a bit shady compared to most of Tokyo. Lots of cheap hotels and questionable characters roaming around the neighbourhood.
Ruhige Lage, mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln.
9.0Ruhige Lage. Man ist innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten mitten in Ikebukoro. Wir haben zu 3. in dem Apartment übernachtet und dafür ist es in Ordnung. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt, inkl. kleiner Küchenzeile & Waschmachine.
− Typisch für Japan ist das Apartment relativ klein, was nicht weiter schlimm ist, aber das Badezimmer war wirklich super eng. Die Dusche scheint nicht ganz dicht zu sein, da manchmal das Wasser aus der Kabine gelaufen ist und dann der komplette Boden nass war.
