La tranquillité et la proximité

新宿の近くで、商店街も近いので、飲食店も多くて楽しめました！洗濯機もあるし、浴室乾燥機もついていて、とてもありがたかったです。施設も新しくきれいで、オートロックで、使いやすかったです。

− 16時チェックインとのことでしたが、14時に入りたい！と当日の朝9時にメッセージでお願いしました。10時すぎには『確認します』とお返事をいただき、なかなかその後のお返事が来ないので、お昼に『何時に確認が取れますか？』とメッセージすると、まもなく『14時チェックインで問題ありません』とメッセージが返ってきました。ですが、14時に宿泊地へ行くと、まだ清掃中で、中国人の方でなかなかコミュニケーションが難しかったのですが、14時にチェックインだなんて聞いてないようでした。清掃員の方は、荷物を持ってくださったり、待ってるあいだに椅子を出してくれたり、急いで作業してくだって、とてもよくしてくれましたが、私とメッセージのやりとりをしていた方は、どういうつもりだったのか、この点だけがとっても残念です。

Ort war super. Der Weg hoch zur Unterkunft von der Bahnstation war wirklich machbar also kann nicht ganz verstehen was die anderen Bewertungen meinen. Unten an der Straße ist ein Frozen Yogurt Laden und einige Restaurants und ein 7/11. Die Badewanne war cool haben sie gerne benutzt nach 40000+ Schritten am Tag. Bahnanbindung war gut hatten keine Probleme. Sauberkeit auch sehr gut.

− Wenn man 2 Koffer offen hat wird es schon sehr eng im Zimmer aber ist alles noch im Rahmen. Ich würde sagen bis zu 3 Koffer sind machbar aber dann ist es wirklich voll. Das Bett ist ungefähr 140/150x200 würde ich schätzen also wenn man damit als Paar nicht klar kommt wäre es schwierig und hat es nicht gestört.

Quiet but it’s a hike.

It’s quiet, has everything you need especially washing machine, microwave, water heater, refrigerator, stove and other kitchen items. We originally thought the bed will not be comfortable but when we lied down, we slept like a baby. We like it that they have a fan to dry clothes, separate bathroom area from toilet closet. There are Family Mart, 7-11 and some restaurants, supermarket near. Host is very responsive and provided all the guidance and instructions clearly. Good for 2 people. Water pressure is Ok, can be improved. Some hangers and clothes clips provided. Tip: take A4 for the elevator instead of A2 as it’s 3/4 stairs.

− Hard to take a bath in their tub. Distance to MRT station especially it’s inclined bringing luggages is a challenge. The stairs to the unit is also tough if you have heavy luggages. Cabinet design is not ideal. Would have been better and accessible if the opening is on the side instead of facing the bed.
