8.0Proprietatea este situată central, ești aproape de restaurante, cafenele, tot ceea ce ai nevoie.
− Geamurile nu se închid ermetic, din această cauză pe tot parcursul nopții este foarte mare gălăgie. Nu se poate dormi absolut deloc bine.
