8.0Struttura molto grande e pulita
− Il letto in sala non era molto comodo, in più essendo all’entrata si sentiva tutto il rumore in strada ed entrava tutta la luce alla mattina
Prefiero apartamentos con habitaciones independientes.
5.0La ubicación, en Malasaña y cerca de la Plaza de España. El Metro queda cerca.
− No es buen lugar para la intimidad y el descanso. Para llegar a la segunda habitación hay que atravesar la primera. Para llegar a la tercera habitación hay que atravesar las otras dos. Salvo la tercera, no son habitaciones propiamente dichas, sino lugares de paso.

10.0El apartamento muy grande y cómodo, estaba muy limpio y la zona super bien. Hacer una mención a Olga que es la persona que gestiona el apartamento y fenomenal. La comunión con ella excelente y es muy amable. Si vuelvo a Madrid volveremos seguro a este apartamento.

− Pas de bouilloire, de grille pain, de cafetière électrique. Les cafetières italiennes ne nous intéressent pas Pas de casseroles, juste un faitout. Pas de louche Porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir Deux rouleaux de papier toilette pour 5 personnes et 4 nuits, c'est peu... Un des lits grince fortement Avec peu, on pourrait fortement améliorer
