− After my departure, I was informed that the coffee machine wasn’t working, and as a result, part of our deposit was withheld. However, we never even touched the coffee machine, as none of us likes capsule coffee. This feels incredibly unfair. I will never book a flat in Barcelona again—only hotels, to avoid being deceived! After contacting the agency, they refused to give the money back. I can imagine that when you earn additional 50 Euro each time you rent a flat, that's a big amount yearly...

Good value if you want a place in a more local area.
8.0Roomy for the four of us, especially with the individual bedrooms. Great view. Sarah from Loca Barcelona was friendly and helpful.
− The bathroom stunk upon arrival and during the stay due to the plumbing. The bottom of the shower had mold all around. There was no blind/pull down shade over the bathroom window.
Good to know
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
