Amazing location, little homely apartment with everything you need.
9.0We loved the location of this property. Cute little apartment, with everything we needed. Staff were quick to respond to emails with all information prior and during stay. Cozy for a family of four but had a homely feel. Great to have a washing machine/dryer and little kitchen space. Walk to everything.
− Not a dislike at all but just to mention payment is handled out of booking.com but it was easy and safe to pay.
Excellent Location
10.0Clean and cosy. The place is really close to the Kabukicho area where all the night time entertainment is. We did a couple of bars and it was a very short walk back. A good number of security cameras on the property making us feel pretty safe even though we were minutes away from where the action is.
− Being Japan we were expecting to meet the people but we didn’t. This property seems to be a hands off property which is good if you want more privacy.
Perfect position, zero care in the apt
5.0The location is perfect, at the border of Shinjuku: by foot you arrive everywhere in Shinjuku but you're not near the chaos The price is good compared to other locations Perfect for 1 night only and if you are alone, not for more days
− The apartment have a lot of potential but what appears is a lack of effort to make it really a top tier. First of all, the apartment looks clean but as soon as you put your hands in a place that is a bit deeper, you find dust and dirt. Second, big nails (2/3 cm) come out of the roof. Very dangerous in case you use the upper bed, they tried to put some polystirole instead of fixing and cutting them. Third (and not less important than the other two problems, maybe its the bigger one) the curtains are absent, there is only some light tent, so at 5 30 am the house will be full of light. Also the big towels are not free apparently. The house is incredibly little but thats not a big problem in the end Perfect for 1 night only and if you are alone, not for more days
