5.0空間寬敞，房間乾淨
− 整棟只有1間衛浴，沒有電梯，住2～3樓要抬行李箱上去，樓梯很垂直，我們這次只有住5位也是包棟費用，但說要再增加1位，確說要加35000日元，不是已經包棟了，怎麼還有這種費用，洗澡要一個一個去1樓洗，非常不方便，人多要洗很久喔，那麼多人住宿，礦泉水只給1瓶2公升的在冰箱，全數人都給差評，搬行李到2～3樓小心別撞傷自己跟裝潢，因為很窄，這價位可以在附近飯店找有單人房有電梯，一人一間一床一衛浴，飯店還附自助式的早餐，還比這家便宜很多，這家真心不推薦。

− 三樓某一間沒有使用的房間會漏水，二樓客廳冷氣不穩，會沒有風。

8.0地點很方便 附近超市多 離兩個地鐵都很近 但去阿美橫町有一小段距離
− 沒有！但不建議65以上老人居住、客廳在二樓，樓梯要小心。
