Very disappointing experience. The building looked nothing like the impression given by the photos—it was extremely old

− * Building much older and more poorly maintained than the photos suggested. * Strong odor throughout the apartment. * Excessive dust and cleanliness concerns. * Active construction immediately outside the property. * Extremely low sloped ceilings in one of the sleeping areas. * No elevator, making luggage access very difficult. * Overall condition did not match our expectations from the listing.

9.0The location is perfect and the flat is nice and clean , but I wouldn’t advice for anyone with kids since there is a long stairs of 4 floors and no lift , but to whomever doesn’t mind the location is perfect and the view is nice . The owner also assisted us in bringing someone to carry the bags on our checkout

9.0La ubicación es inmejorable y el trato del personal es atento. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo y estaba muy limpio. Las camas y las almohadas son muy cómodas y el apartamento está completamente equipado. Nos alojamos tras tener problemas con otro alojamiento durante un día muy caluroso y fue como encontrar un oasis en mitad del desierto.
− Por decir algo había algún mueble con mínimos desperfectos, manchas en las paredes del uso normal de una casa o algún marco de puerta hinchado. Lo sabíamos cuando lo reservamos pero hay que subir 6 tramos de escaleras. Aún con todo la estancia fue genial y muy cómoda.

− يوجد ريحه بالاضافه عدم وجود لفت متعب جدا جدا جدا في الصعود والنزول وخاصه اذا كان في أطفال او كبار السن
Great spot to navigate your Madrid stay. I would definitely rent this again.
10.0Great location, great spot to be able to get to all the sites. the apartment was very nice but it was not ready at check in time, we had to wait about 10 minutes more which was fine but a little awkward.
− There are a lot of stairs to navigate which isn't a negative but if you are carrying a lot of luggage you should be prepared.
