9.0Very clean apartment, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very attentive and kind. The location was excellent, close to supermarkets and the metro station.

8.0Lucía, la anfitriona, es súper amable y cercana. Nos encantó que la entrega de llaves se hiciera en persona, ya que aporta un trato más personal y facilita la llegada. Teniendo en cuenta el barrio en el que se encuentra el alojamiento, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. La cocina está muy bien equipada y las instalaciones, en general, se encontraban en buen estado y resultaron cómodas durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, una experiencia positiva.
− En general, la estancia fue buena y no tuvimos problemas importantes. Como puntos a mejorar, echamos en falta un espejo de cuerpo entero y el soporte de la ducha estaba roto; además, la propia ducha se veía bastante deteriorada y agradecería que se renovara o reparara. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la salida. El check-out era a las 11:00 y a las 10:50 ya nos estaban llamando a la puerta. En ese momento estábamos terminando de fregar la loza, sacando la basura y dejando el alojamiento recogido. Entiendo perfectamente que quieran asegurarse de que los huéspedes abandonan el alojamiento a la hora establecida, pero recibir esa presión diez minutos antes nos dejó una sensación algo incómoda. De hecho, ante la insistencia, acabamos saliendo sin terminar algunas de las tareas de orden que estábamos realizando. Trabajo en hostelería y considero que ese detalle puede causar una mala impresión al final de una estancia que, por lo demás, fue satisfactoria.
