Super Ausgangspunkt, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut!

Die Lage ist super! 5 min zur Komagome Station. Mit der Yamanote Line ist man sehr schnell an den bekannten Hotspots Shinjuku, Shibuya oder Akihabara. 7-11 keine 5 min entfernt. Auch sonst alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Man kann gut und günstig in der Umgebung essen. Ruhig war ruhig und es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Für Tokio ist die Wohnung ziemlich geräumig.

− Die Müllablage ist verbesserungswürdig...

Perfect location, close to everything you could possibly need or want. Very close to the train station Very quiet area to get away from all the hussle & Bussel after a big day exploring Option to get take out or you can stay in & cook for yourself. Especially loved the washing/dryer machine. Was very convenient.. just need to use google translate to work out the buttons lol I will definitely be booking here again our next holiday in Tokyo

− The pillows were a little small for our western heads lol And maybe the lounge could do with an upgrade. Other than that I have no complaints

Good location

− stay away from this place. From the moment you arrive at the building, it is clear that something is wrong. The exterior is very poorly maintained and visibly dirty - which usually doesn’t exist in Japan. The elevator is unsafe and dysfunctional – the light barrier is broken, so the doors keep closing on you while you are trying to enter. Inside, the elevator is filthy and smells bad. The entire building and complex are in a neglected condition. This is not a coincidence: out of roughly 26 units in the building, around 16 are managed by the same company. This appears to be a large-scale short-term rental operation, and the lack of care reflects that. The listing itself is misleading. It suggests proper sleeping arrangements in two rooms, but in reality there is only one actual bed. The second room contains two worn-out, uneven mattresses placed directly on a cold, hard floor (a concrete base with thin laminate on top). It is uncomfortable and gets cold at night. The air conditioning units are clearly not cleaned. After a couple of days, we started coughing, which raises serious concerns about air quality and hygiene. Almost everything in the apartment is broken or in poor condition: Trash bins are damaged Shower heads barely function Fixtures are worn out and unreliable Curtains are extremely dirty and full of dust Cleanliness is only superficial at best. Windows and window frames are dirty, and overall hygiene is far below any acceptable standard. At most, this place might seem acceptable to very undemanding or very young travelers — but even then, the level of dust and the unclean air conditioning make it an unhealthy environment. Considering all of this, it is completely unreasonable to charge the kind of price this place demands. What is particularly concerning is how the positive reviews come about. After your stay, the host pressures you to leave a perfect 10/10 rating in exchange for a voucher.

Gut gelegenes Appartement

Das Appartement liegt nahe bei einem JR Bahnhof. In der Umgebung hat es viele Restaurants und Läden. Gleich um die Ecke ein 7Eleven. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einzig ein Esstisch fehlt. Der Kundenservice reagiert prompt und ist, wie in Japan üblich, sehr freundlich.
