10.0-立地が良い -コスパが良い -古い建物ですが内装がおしゃれ -寝心地の良い広いベッドのあるベッドルームが二つあり広々してエアコンも合計3台ある -恐らく以前の宿泊客が置いて行ったのであろうスリッパや傘もあって大助かり -洗濯機（洗剤付）、大型冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ケトル、炊飯器、空気清浄機！、タオル類、ボードゲーム、歯ブラシ、くし、調理器具、ワイングラス！を含む食器類一式…何でも揃ってて細部にまで心遣いがされていてオーナー様に感謝です♡
− -お風呂と洗面所エリアの清掃だけがちょっと気になりましたが、このお値段なので全然我慢します -2階に泊まりましたが、階段が狭く手摺りが無いので登り降りが少し難しく、お年寄りや体の不自由な方、大きなスーツケースや荷物がある方は、1階もお部屋が有るのかどうかは分かりませんが、とにかく2階は避けられた方が無難と思います

− Pretty old but pretty clean to be fair. Cupboards were full of stuff which made it hard to put our bags anywhere but comfortable enough
Great location close to train station
9.0Great apartment-style accommodation that felt like a home away from home. Quiet location tucked into back streets but still extremely close to Shin-Okubo Station and easy access to Shinjuku. Good layout with enough space to relax after long days out, plus the added bonus of a washing machine which made longer stays much easier. Very convenient base with a comfortable, residential feel while still being central to everything.
− Could have been more clean, there were black hairs on the carpet and myself and my family dont have that colour hair. The washing detergent was empty, and I noticed when I needed to do washing so I just bought more.
While the property was older but its convenient and nice place to stay.

− I didn’t like the transparent glass, as it offered very little privacy. The bathroom door was also damaged and needed repair.
