オーナーさんが親切 駅近 長期滞在者に便利な設備がいっぱい 電子レンジ、調理器具、食器が揃ってた。 洗濯機にジェルボールも準備されていた。 今回一泊だったが決め手は親戚の葬儀場に一番近かった事

We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the room was, featuring amenities such as a kitchenette, washing machine (including soap), and towel, good quality shampoo and gel, etc The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fully automated. The property is located in a residential area but is just four train stops from Akihabara and close to Kameido Mall, which adds convenience. The neighbourhood also offers plenty of local restaurants, giving it a charming and authentic vibe.

− The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the west side of Tokyo, which might require extra travel time if you plan to explore that area frequently. The property is located near an auto-cleaning station, but despite being sensitive to noise, we found it wasn’t particularly disruptive and didn’t pose much of an issue during our stay.

Nice place, but beware their booking system!

The room itself is very very nice. The staff is friendly, there's an elevator, detergent, washer, fridge, Keurig, kettle, sink, dishes, slippers, pots, mugs, a desk, snacks, a free water bottle, and toothbrush. It's only 7 minutes away from the station, but keep in mind, they need to update their listing, or else you might end up unknowingly having to switch rooms multiple times during your stay because of how their booking system is set up.

− Be aware: I booked four consecutive nights at this hotel, but their booking software is different from the one on booking.com, so they had me checking in and out of 3 rooms during my stay, as if I had booked individual nights when I didn't. That meant I had to pack and unpack and wait for my new room to be cleaned. They had no other rooms available to just keep me in one room all 4 nights. This was a big inconvenience. Luckily, they apologized and still tried their best by cleaning the rooms as quickly as possible. I told them to update their listing so people can be aware that this may be a possibility, but they still haven't. I will also add that the listing said it came with a balcony. I stayed in 3 rooms, 1 did not have a balcony, and 1 faced a wall of a building. The balconies were unimpressive.
