9.0有相當大的客廳與餐桌可以利用，7~8位住宿剛好，太多會過於擁擠。離超市與便利店都很近，由羽田機場方向約30min即可以抵達住宿地點（電車＋走路），住宿問題可以透過客服即時協助。
− 離地鐵站步行距離約1km，出行要有準備。
